We offer a variety of indoor and outdoor classes — including sessions on our beautiful yoga deck beneath the oak trees (weather permitting). Take a peek at our Yoga Styles to find what speaks to your soul.
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before class begins. Once class starts, our doors are locked to preserve the flow and safety of the space, and out of respect for our teachers and students — late entry is not permitted. We honor your time and energy, and thank you for helping us protect the sacred container we create for every class.
